Privacy Policy
Your information, handled carefully
This policy explains what KinVouch collects, why, how it is protected and how long it is kept. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, telephone number, password credentials
- Membership information: plan, status, Member ID, membership dates
- Request information: the concern you describe, desired outcome, urgency, deadlines, preferred contact method
- Documents you choose to upload
- Messages between you and authorized KinVouch staff
- Appointment records and written session summaries
- Consent records and, for security, access and activity logs
- Payment records processed by our payment processor
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. KinVouch never stores complete card numbers. We retain only the records needed for billing history, receipts and account status.
How we use information
- To provide navigation, resource guidance and Navigator support
- To maintain your membership, billing and Member ID
- To keep an accurate, dated record of your requests and outcomes
- To communicate with you about your requests, appointments and account
- To protect the security and integrity of the service
- To meet legal and record-retention obligations
Outside communication
KinVouch contacts an outside organization about your situation only within the limits of your membership and only when you have given permission for that specific request. You may withdraw that permission for future contact at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell member information
- We do not share private member records with sponsoring organizations
- We do not allow one member to see another member’s information, and staff access is limited to the records their role authorizes
Sponsored and group memberships
Sponsoring organizations receive administrative and aggregate information such as eligibility, invitations, activations and membership status. Sponsors do not receive your cases, files, messages, appointments or Personal Updates unless you provide valid, specific authorization.
Security
Member data is stored using access-controlled databases and private file storage. Authentication, role-based permissions, row-level security and audit logging restrict access to authorized staff. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention
Files and histories are maintained according to KinVouch’s privacy and record-retention policies. KinVouch does not promise permanent storage of any file. You may request deletion of a document, and we will honor the request where retention is not legally or contractually required.
Your choices
- Access and update your account information
- Request deletion of a document where permitted
- Withdraw communication consent for future outside contact
- Cancel future renewals at any time
