Accessibility statement

KinVouch serves people who are often already navigating difficulty. The website and member dashboard should never add to it.

Our commitment

KinVouch is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.

Current measures

  • Accessible color contrast between text and background
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences
  • Mobile-first layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling
  • Plain-language content and clearly stated service limits

Known limitations

Some documents uploaded by third-party organizations may not be fully accessible. If you encounter content you cannot use, contact us and we will provide the information in another format.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome and taken seriously. Reach us at: Email: Coming Soon

Assistance

If a member needs help submitting a request because of a disability, KinVouch staff can assist within the limits of the member’s plan and our service boundaries.
