Membership Agreement

What your membership includes

This agreement describes what each KinVouch membership provides, what it does not provide, and how billing, statuses and cancellation work.

Plans and pricing

  • KinVouch Basic™ — $28.99 per month
  • KinVouch Navigator™ — $59.99 per month
  • Additional 30-minute Navigator Session — $35, one time

Billing and renewal

Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. KinVouch never stores complete card numbers.

Activation

A membership activates only after payment is completed successfully, or after a sponsoring organization’s payment or eligibility is verified. Your unique Member ID, in the format KV-XXXX-XXXX, is generated on the KinVouch server, is never reused and contains no personal information.

Navigator limits

  • One 30-minute Navigator Session per month
  • One 15-minute My Life Update™ per month
  • Up to 30 minutes of research and follow-through per month
  • One active case at a time; additional concerns remain queued
  • Secure messaging for brief case questions and updates
  • Limited outside communication when the member authorizes it

Membership statuses

  • Pending Verification
  • Active
  • Payment Past Due
  • Canceled
  • Sponsored
  • Suspended
  • Closed

Missed payments

If a payment fails, the membership moves to Payment Past Due and we notify the member. There is a grace period before new requests are restricted. Files and history are not immediately deleted, and access is restored once payment is completed.

Cancellation and reactivation

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period, records are preserved according to our retention policy, and you may reactivate later.

No guarantee of outcome

Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Membership does not guarantee housing, employment, funding, benefits, approval, legal representation, medical care or any specific outcome.

Service boundaries

KinVouch provides navigation, organization, resource connections, informational support and limited follow-through within membership guidelines. When specialized expertise is required, KinVouch helps members locate an appropriately qualified organization or professional.
