What is KinVouch?
KinVouch is a membership-based personal-support and navigation platform. It gives members one secure place to organize their needs, request resource information and understand what to do next.
What is the difference between Basic and Navigator?
KinVouch Basic ($28.99 per month) helps you understand and organize your next steps. KinVouch Navigator ($59.99 per month) adds structured one-on-one support from a KinVouch Navigator, including a monthly 30-minute session and a 15-minute My Life Update.
Is KinVouch an emergency service?
No. For immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For an immediate mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Membership does not guarantee housing, employment, funding, benefits, approval, legal representation, medical care or any particular outcome.
How many cases can a Navigator member have?
One case receives active Navigator work at a time. Additional concerns may be submitted and will remain queued until the active case is closed or paused.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. When you cancel, access continues through the paid billing period, future renewals stop, and records are preserved according to the retention policy.
Who can see my information?
Only you and authorized KinVouch personnel whose role requires access. Members never see another member’s information, and sponsoring organizations do not automatically see private cases, files, messages or appointments.
Can an organization pay for memberships?
Yes. Group and Sponsored Memberships are available for organizations purchasing 50 or more memberships, with an eligible organization and an initial 12-month agreement.
