During the 30 minutes

My Life Update™

A separate 15-minute monthly check-in that keeps your Navigator familiar with meaningful changes in your life. Members may discuss:

  • Housing changes
  • Employment or education updates
  • Upcoming deadlines
  • Important appointments
  • New concerns
  • Progress since the previous month
  • Changes to approved contacts
  • Recent accomplishments
  • Whether an existing case still requires attention

What Navigator does not include

Navigator membership does not include unlimited Navigator access, unlimited messages, unlimited cases or immediate responses. One case receives active Navigator work at a time. Additional 30-minute sessions are available for $35 each.

All memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. Membership services are provided within KinVouch’s service boundaries, availability, response standards and membership guidelines.

Membership does not guarantee housing, employment, funding, benefits, approval, legal representation, medical care or any particular outcome.

Navigator service hours

During the initial launch, KinVouch Navigator services are personally provided by the founder. Enrollment is limited so every member receives real attention.

Latest appointment start times

  • The final 30-minute weekday Navigator Session begins at 9:15 p.m., and the final 15-minute weekday My Life Update begins at 9:30 p.m. All weekday meetings conclude by 9:45 p.m.
  • The final 30-minute Saturday Navigator Session begins at 12:15 p.m., and the final 15-minute Saturday My Life Update begins at 12:30 p.m. All Saturday meetings conclude by 12:45 p.m.
  • Appointment availability is not guaranteed for a particular date or time.

Appointment policy

  • Members should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
  • Late arrival does not extend the appointment.
  • Meetings end at their originally scheduled time.
  • A missed appointment normally counts as the included monthly appointment.
  • KinVouch may provide one courtesy exception.
  • KinVouch may reschedule when operational emergencies occur.
  • KinVouch is not an emergency or immediate-response service.

KinVouch is not:

  • An emergency-response provider
  • A healthcare provider
  • A mental-health provider
  • A law firm
  • A financial adviser
  • A lender
  • An insurance company
  • A guardian
  • A transportation company
  • A government agency
  • A benefits decision-maker
  • The Department of Veterans Affairs
  • A replacement for licensed professionals
  • A guarantee of housing, employment, benefits, funding or services
